Am Darweesh mix mini’s

Spiced cubes of potatoes with a homemade eggplant mix spread over the brown saj bread (Mail us the poems it will make you write)

It’s a garden of cheese topped with tomato, dried thyme mix, olive oil & olives. Feels Italian doesn’t it? It looks like pizza too as how it’s served. Its (somewhere between a pizza & a mano’sheh.. we’ll let you judge it.)
