It’s a garden of cheese topped with tomato, dried thyme mix, olive oil & olives. Feels Italian doesn’t it? It looks like pizza too as how it’s served. Its (somewhere between a pizza & a mano’sheh.. we’ll let you judge it.)
A fine selection of feta cheese mixed with olive oil, spread on the separately baked mano’sheh dough, & then served with tomato, mint & onion (the point of no return.. order it now!)
Mano`sheh wrapped around grilled chicken & mixed with pesto & garlic sauce, then covered with a layer of melted mozzarella cheeze & topped with selected fresh vegetables.
It’s a traditional Arabic homemade platter usually oven-cooked in a pan, and now served as a mano’sheh. It consists of minced beef with parsley and spices, topped with diced spicy potatoes & covered with kashkawan cheese. (A recipe from Am Darweesh’s 1895 4th book.. ask for the story book to know more about it).
